I am very pleased with my battery powered strimmer. Having fully charged the battery I find that it lasts for the whole time that it takes me to clear the paths round my allotment. It is powerful enough to cut through most grass and many persistent weeds, particularly nettles. It is ideal for the job that I require it for.

I can't believe some of the poor reviews I'm reading on this amazing little product. What are they using it on, a jungle? I've used it several times and I'm still on the first blade. How can you continually break them when you have a pull out guard that's the same length as the blade. Admittedly the guard is only on the front but if you know you're coming up against something hard then anticipate it and just move forward instead of swinging side to side.
I only have small lawns front and back but it copes easily with both with plenty of battery power left in it for next time. I can't recommend this product enough, Go and buy!

This trimmer is a vast improvement on plastic line grass trimmers. The plastic blades are much more robust, so you don't spend almost all the time rethreading the line.
