Ordered on a Sunday from Amazon and arrived in Cyprus two days later well packaged.
Assembly was very straight forward with four nuts and bolts to fit the handle onto the shaft, three nuts and bolts to fit the guard and then one nut to secure the cutter. The instruction manual is very comprehensive for both assembly and use.
Filled with oil and fuel I gave one pull of the starter to prime and it started on the second pull. I have about 400 sq m of rough ground to clear and found the cutter cleared the course brush with ease and a quick change to the strimmer head made tackling the shorter weeds a breeze.
I took time to adjust the strap which proved comfortable and after an hour of running made a small adjustment to the slow running setting (two turns of a screw) to give a smoother idling speed.
Overall I am delighted with the machine and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Delivery company all-but destroyed box.
but all items in tact & machine undamaged. Box Heavier & longer than expected . this is a one piece unit with no bolting together. Expensive but probably worth the extra quality , although had no experience on other machines. I agree with a previous review who mentioned about shoulder harness. it is recommended to get all your kit adjusted before starting.
Read manual carefully as this was my first purchase of a non electric unit. added correct oil, fresh shell unleaded petrol primed & pulled!!. Starting instructions state move starter switch to on, it started after a number of pulls, BUT misunderstood the instructions for start switch as I set throttle to high by accidently gripping safety controls & pushing slide full up. It started & went to full speed until switched off. Reset all controls correctly second time. Pulled and started effortlessly. relatively quiet running. I did not require ear protection. Did purchase helmet & visor. Visor is very important. I think spin speed is higher than electric models. A work colleague was using his electric strimmer & a stone was lifted rebounded off wall & hit his eye, needed a trip to hospital for care & attention.
Have used on allotment grass & weeds to great effect. Very long grass gets wound around strimmer head. stop engine & clear. tap head works reasonably well , I was happy to tap with hand as engine off, but it should work easily tapping on ground. Restarting once was difficult I accidently had hit choke control. Had to wait a few minutes primed fuel & started again after about 5 or so pulls. The extra weight & length takes a little time to perfect cutting action but I would recommend this machine as a delight to use & seems reasonably robust. Have not used the 4 blade brush cutter
Take care with start/ stop sliding cap to switch as mine was easily knocked off & have now lightly glued on to prevent loss.
