I used a Homelite strimmer before, but this gets the job done in double quick time thanks to the double cord = less time running = noticeably less fuel used. The instructions for assembly are not brilliant but it isn't difficult to figure out, you just have to fit the D loop handle, the guard and then screw the cutting head on. I especially like it that the cutting cord stops spinning when the throttle is released. Always worth paying that bit extra for Makita quality.
